Does he even realize that most of the shit he's claiming he's gonna do is in some cases illegal and in others could get his ass sued at minimum?

DDOS your sites? Yeah . . . and then the servers on which these sites are hosted start calling the police. Does he think they can hide behind proxies? Because you can't. A DDOS attack only hurts the proxies you use to hide yourself, so you have to run naked into the light of the day, so to speak, in order to perpetrate such an attack.

And let's say they successfully manage to put someone's info on a site. What happens when it actually results in damage to this person? LOLOLO, there's a website with YOUR NAME ATTACHED TO IT that can be shown via a preponderance of evidence (the legal standard in a civil case) that your site caused this damage so your civilly fucked at best, and possibly criminally fucked too.

 

Let this be a lesson to all you 'lefties' out there. Freedom of speech isn't necessarily a good thing.
