    Hey,

I got a slight problem with Firefox. It somehow fucks up the layout of many websites, such as youtube, cracked or the GOD forums of our DLP CN alliance. DLP itself looks okay with only some problems, e.g. the left picture in the header is missing. GMX or deviantart look like always.

I experimented with the Firefox addons FoxyProxy and GreaseMonkey, the latter being an add-on for layout and javascript, so I thought that that was the cause, but they were both deactivated when this happened and I removed them completely.

I attached a .jpg of how youtube looks to me at the moment. The upper two-thirds of the picture are the links you would normally find along the very top of the page.

    IE works fine.

    Help?

Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network and clear your cache. It might have the pages saved with the pictures not loaded.

Do you use one of those premade lists for Adblock?

To me it looks like you're adblocking all the pics. o_o

On the surface, it appears that the stylesheets of the pages aren't loading...o_O

I would also suggest the same thing as Xiph, clear your cache, maybe even restart Firefox, and see what happens.

What other plug-ins do you have installed (and enabled)?

Sree, Adblock doesn't do that to a site, so far as I know. Then again, it could be the difference between Adblock and AdblockPlus and/or different lists of things to block.

    Thanks for the advice, guys.

I already had cleared my cache and after your advice I even cleared manually every temp folder and file I could find. Nothing changed.

Meh, doesn't matter. An hour ago I got fed up and just reinstalled firefox completely and it works fine now.

    But thanks for the help.

Yeah, every now and then firefox screws up, but reinstalling is the only thing that has to be done.

    Usually.
