I was skimming my horse RPG that I frequent and an idea came up from reading another's twin foal plot.

What if Fred and George's 'twin telepathy' was actually mental speaking(as is all twin bonds in the wizarding world in this oneshot/story?) and it continued up into heaven/hell, where ever Fred is. So now he has all the wisdom that can be offered, all the answers.

All the magic.

Now Fred and George are a team in pranking, Dark Lord-ing, ruling all or whatever.

It can stop there, or all of the die-hard Harry!Centric people can take it a step further.

At eighteen years of age, Harry has finally come into his 'true' powers. That being, of course, complete mischief. The soul of James Potter, Sirius Black and Remus Lupin return, in the body of Harry. He will still be Harry, just with all the Marauder's knowledge.

...And maybe some of Voldemort's spell repertoire.

Utter destruction!

Dumbledore could be alive in this... it'd make it better! Drive him insane, and/or make him pay.

I know I'm very new, but I had to get this plot bunny down. Ideas?

Riiiiight... moving on...

I'll ignore the first half, first Potter rule and all that. Fred and George make amusing supporting characters, but trying to revolve a fic around them... no.

So, you're basically saying prankster!Harry, possibly with utterly overpowered spells from Voldemort, for no real reason other than to piss off Dumbledore...

wow... I don't even know what to say about that... except mugglenet.

 

I am not a die hard Harry centric person myself, and Fred and George are the only Weasleys I can stomach. Charlie too perhaps, but he is an unknown quality. I don't subscribe to uber!Bill and the rest I have exposed my opinion on them.

The biggest problem I see with this is the lack of conflict. Voldemort is dead, so a new antagonist would have to be fabricated. Also it is my experience that marauder revival, pranking fics tend to cause stomach pains. I myself do not like a pranking god!Harry.

You would also need to flesh out the idea more. You have a starting point, but you need an end at least, with memorable events planned out. If you start with Harry being a pranking god and Dumbledore alive (as a pranking target I presume) you could write maybe one chapter.

The question comes: what follows next?
