    My idea based is on comic, a plague simultaneously kills every mammal possessing a Y chromosome including embryos, fertilized eggs, and even sperm with the exception of Harry Potter.

    I pity Harry's balls. Really, I do. They'll shrivel and die after the first month.

    Harem stories are annoying unless the author is really good. Someone like Vash could probably pull it off.
