I don't read Naruto (because seriously...), though I know enough of you have a hard-on for the fandom that I thought this was worth posting. Two main reasons:

1. Narutards are less prone to raging at fail scenarios - and everything Jeconais has written has been a fail scenario. Everything.

2. I'm honestly curious about how well he's interpreted the Narutoverse, and the massive word count is enough to whet your appetite between the next update of a more established fic. Whether that time is filled with discussion over a potentially epic novella - or pages of rage-fueld rants against Jeconais - is the million-dollar question.

 

Jesus... I am incredibly disappointed. I thought this would be, you know, somewhat interesting. It's just stupid.

 

Well, it's a good thing that I'm not a Narutard then, because I see the fail scenario quite clearly. And it's draining my lifeforce.

 

I'm not sure what is worse: Jeconais naturally writing a shitload of fanon cliches, or Jeconais writing fanon cliches because he intends for it to be humorous. I scanned - and this was incredibly painful. I'll be nice - give it 2/5 stars - because he at least had the grammar down.

 

I'm not so nice, I care very little for grammar if the story is shit. 1/5

 

Ridden with cliches and facepalm-moments, but it's Jeconais, so it's at least readable.

3/5 - wasted my time quite well, and probably belongs in the recycle bin.
