In a recent Italian TV program, MUSE were promoting their latest album 'Uprising'. They had to lip-sync, and decided to spice it up a bit switching their roles in the group, before an audience, a director and a host who, apparently, didn't even notice.

    true story

In the interview, 'lead singer' Dom comments about how Matt, the 'drummer', enjoyed the performance and is planning on buying a house in Italy (or something among those lines).

P.S: I doubted about posting this here on in the humor mill, but it's music, and it's TV.

Haha, epic prank is epic. I laughed at how they exagerated the movements, and the oblivious host.

Lyp-sync is fail, and I thought it had been left behind us in the 90's (at least for legit live acts).

Oh, man, that's awesome. I wonder if they took any heat when the show discovered they'd been pranked. Serves them right, really, if they were demanding that the band lip-sync.

The look on the "drummer's" face is hilarious throughout the whole video. He's not even trying to get it right.

I dunno why they were forced to lip-sync. They won best live band like, 7 times or something, not to mention how many times they were nominated.

    Funny as hell, though.

Not the first time Muse switch instruments.

Still pretty lulzy, the interview especially so.
