Alright only one chapter and is pretty choppy, the only reason i'm even posting the link here is because i would hate to a h/gabby ship not get some feedback. I've talked to the author and he is removing the mating thing while considering what to do w/ the "house of merlin" thing. By the way, how do you get a link to work in this new format??

 

We don't have much information from Gabrielle, even from canon. Removing the one issue (age) from the story kills a lot of the possible relationship dynamic.

Now factor in 'mating' and 'mediocre writing' and you have a story that rivals the H/Ginny stories that make me lose interest in the fandom. =/

 

The pairing is quite unique since there aren't many H/Gabie stories out there, but the run-away-because-of-abuse-by-parents!Harry is a little cliche along with sibling-is-boy-who-lived. The fact that Gab doesn't have any background story makes her something like an OC with a name from cannon. The story in itself is a bit rushed and has some mistakes with tenses. The elemental part is atleast originally incorporated, not like 'Merlin descended from the Heavens and said: "You are my heir and also Heir of Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Gryffindor and Ravenclaw and you're an elemental and you're basically a demi-god"' or something like that. But even with all that stuff I've listed I'm waiting for an update, maybe because of the pairing or maybe because I sometimes like reading cliches for the fun of it

 

I cant stand fics where Lily and James abuse Harry. They really annoy me...

 

I'll reserve my judgement till more chapters come about.
