Summary:

Everything turned out like Philosopher's Stone. Harry was attacked by Voldemort when he was a year old on Halloween. Lily died giving Harry the blood protection, and Harry was sent to live with the Dursleys. But what if Vernon was right about Harry. What if something was off about the boy?

Challenge:

I want a Retarded!Harry. I'm talking gigantic forehead, eyes that are too close together, gorilla like torso and arms, snot eating, Mongoloid!Harry.
