A few and a few I know who won't be in but most are just floating around. Next chapter's called "prospective candidates' so, you'll pretty much see everyone Harry's age who might have a shot at it.

She's in next chapter. More I won't say. But I did pretty much give the main slytherin role to Daphne instead somewhere along the way.

 

I don't think it's an insult to Tonks, but I hate that cliche too. Personally, I'm planning to have Harry use her and her ability (in desperation) to "replace" another girl he loves but had accidentally made braindead. heh...

I'm sorry to say, I wasn't digging this last chapter so much. I knew this would be a smutfic in part, but this chapter has really gone to greater heights of pointlessly unrealistic male fantasy. I just want to double check, since the veela and memories concepts are interesting to me, this will be more than smut, right? I'm not insulting it (I hope), but that's really not my thing. I don't mean any disrespect.

 

I think its more he likes her because of who she is and not because she's honestly every man's wetdream... the blow job analogy is bad because thats a skill. This is the magic ability to physically become any man's perfect woman. It leaves the question "Does he like me for me, or for my power?"

Personally, I'd have it she likes to play around with her form inbed, but at the start of the relationship she likes to make sure she's not being used... once she's sure of that the guy potentally can sleep with a diffrent girl every night... though I'd still have her have some discomfort about turning into other people they know... would feel kinda off... but considering Harry will probelly be sleeping with that girl too, it might not matter nearly as much...

 

Maybe, but the problem, no, not really, I don't really care, so it's more of a pet peeve, is that even when Harry's singularly bonded to Tonks, authors still pull out the same argument every single time. At least for Honks, it's like no matter the situation, no matter what Harry's like...Tonks stays the same...

What you said about her being less worried about changing since Harry'll be with others anyway is very true. And *if* Tonks wasn't so...good/innocient, I could probably write her using her unique gift to enhance her status...but not as is.

He, I got her character shelved for now. Just too much canon about her, read too many fanon about her and too old for me to corrupt effectively and realistically. :cry:

Hmm, best pop it over at his story if you want to make sure he sees it, but I'll offer one answer. What you speak of is basically a proto-typical alpha male Harry not necessarily a 'male veela' which also depends on how someone defines what male veela is/means.

well, veela and human work differently, so technically Tonks wouldn't affect Harry's veela senses any more than whatever form she takes. But the fact that she can change between them might affect Harry's human imagination. *blah* the mind's the biggest sexual organ and all that...

No, he pretty much is the male veela, though he does exert control over his allure to a strong degree. Those sensitive to it are more easily swayed by it (which is why Fleur is always really flirtatious with Harry despite loving Bill and wanting to be faithful to him). He can blast it up when he wants to or have it not affect people much at all. Women are so easily attracted and manipulated by him for a reason. In a slight spoiler, he also has another aura given off by Zharrghast (though Harry doesn't know it) that makes his enemies more reckless and willing to fight with him. Hence Percy, Snape, Malfoy et cetera being so abnormally violent in his presence. The demon god just likes when Harry kills people and so manipulates things without his knowing to making it happen more often.

Well, Sera, I guess that is pretty close to a male veela, but your Harry definitely got a hell lot more control (over his sexual output, but apparently not his mind/behavior/actions) than what I have in mind for mine.

I didn't like the first chapter, but afterwards it improved tremendously. Rapist!Harry, while explained, still left a sour taste in my mouth. But the story is VERY good and improves tremendously.

Ok, so would you, people in general, have more problem or less problem with it if say... Fleur had tried to *rape* as in permantly bodily/mentally enslaving Harry and Harry instinctively killed her in anger.

I'm guessing vampires are resistant/immune to that kind of charm.

 

Make her less about the control and more about crazed lust

Conveys the same message, but it makes Fleur more animalistic and wild rather than conniving and someone who attempted to remove his Free will.

Harry's response should be to overwhelm her, and while she may initially resist, she eventually embraces it. Less brutal, more passionate and primal. Leave out the tears. Fleur can squirm for a moment or two as Harry changes her expectations, but when he starts touching her she should start moaning. He cdan pin her arms above her head with one hand, she squirms for a second, he starts touching her chest, and she gets into it and kissing, and she gets into it. Forced penetration kinda turns me off. Also, again, LEAVE OUT THE TEARS.


p.s. Just so people know in the REAL WORLD, if a girl puts up ANY form of resistance, STOP. But I think that would work better.
