Shintzel challenges you

I had a plot bunny and thought to turn it into a challenge since my grammar sucks and I do not have time for this. So:

It's been 10 years since Harry Potter beat Lord Voldemort at age 18 an now he is a famous quidditch player married to Ginny Weasley. At one morning before work he passes his new idea of going into politics to his wife. She tells Dumbledore right away (did I forgot to mention that this Harry is manipulated?) and soon a devious plan is forged. A plan to frame Harry Potter for murdering Severus Snape. Harry manages to discover the plan hours before the supposed murder and runs away. From here the author has two options:
1) To continue the fic by telling the story of Harry trying to run away and prove his innocence.
2) To continue by the aurors catching Harry and locking him in Azkaban (after believable trial) . From there Harry escaping after many years and performing the perfect revenge.
