Very nice back story. Good to see you have the wifes brother brain washed so fully that he would murder his own sister. To often do we see Voldemort ruling by fear but not with the promise of power and and "ideal" world which is far more powerful. People fighting for what they believe in will fight harder than those fighting under fear.

Nice to see you make Ran and Hermione drift away rather than have it blow up with some cliche thing like stealing money.

I thought this story was abandoned. Glad to see I was wrong.

 

The lesson involves what I know it does, and that's the way it's staying for now.

Harry is good. Not sure I'd like to put a number on it. He's good but he still has some way to go.

It should not be anywhere near as long before the next update. It took so long this time because I've been busy some of the times, and completely lost the will to write others.

I've always viewed Death Eaters as people that believe they are right in what they're doing. Voldemort is supposed to be a charismatic person, not a raving lunatic. It's for this reason that in this story a good majority of the Death Eaters really do believe that Voldemort is fighting a righteous battle. Of course, there're always a few lunatics about.

Ron and Hermione will still be a small part of the story, but after the amount of time Harry will have spent apart from them their friendship won't be the same.

Awesome chapter. Fucking loved it. The story of Torres was brilliant and very nicely done, very engaging.

Can't wait for the next chapter. Is he going to go to his next teacher then, or is next chapter just the last session?

Is he going to kill Torres?

 

The next chapter contains quite a few things. Some backstory and plot points have to be laid. Harry will most likely meet his next teacher.

I don't think we needed to de-mystify Torres. I think we got the idea that whatever happened to him fucked him up for life. Unless

Luis is going to be a recurring character later, there felt like no need for Torres to reveal his past. It was well done, but it felt like stuff the audience kind of assumed already.

A nice chapter. Good to see that Voldemort is actually acting like a Dark Lord and actually turning family members against themselves. Rather threatning to harm the rest of family if the particular wizard didn't join his cause.

Also its good to see Harry actually learnin to duel the hard way rather than just wake up one day hand Dumbledore's ass to him on a silver platter.

Hope you got your Beta problems solved. Don't particularly feel like waiting for another month or two before the chapter updates.
