When: Post-DH, by quite a few years. Enough years for Harry to "grow into his powers". You can either ignore the epilogue or not. On the one hand, his family and so on is annoying. On the other hand, he is at least powerful, being the head auror. Plus, if you don't like his family you can always have an affair subplot.

    Who: Harry-centric.

Plot: The Resurrection Stone has been found and whoever found it has used in incorrectly, destroying it accidentally. In doing so, the boundary between life and death has been broken. Chaos ensues. Slowly at first, but on an increasing scale, people thought dead are crossing over back into life. Some living people may even accidentally cross over into death. And of course, this is a big problem. The people returning are not limited to the good guys. Dark wizards, murderers, and the eventual possibility of Dark Lord(s) returning from the dead. The world could easily turn to anarchy, unless Harry Potter (who may like to pick up the Elder Wand for help in the process) can find the person with the Stone, get it off them, and fix it, before it's too late.

    Possible complications:

-Conflict within Harry as if he wants to fix the world, if he gets to see people who have died again.

-You could make the stone be found by a Dark wizard rather than by some random nobody and he is doing it deliberately.

    Rules:

-Romance. You can make Harry be married to Ginny - you can even give him his epilogue!family. But if you do, he must be having an affair.

-If you're going to only bring back one Dark Lord, then make it Grindelwald rather than Voldemort. Voldemort is kinda boring, and I like the Grindelwald character better. But, the more the merrier I say. Bring back both, and several others besides!

The Legion of Doom was a group of supervillains led by Lex Luthor that appeared in Challenge of the Super Friends, an animated series that starred superheroes from DC Comics.

In each episode they appeared in, the Legion of Doom would enact various plots against the Super Friends, only to be met with defeat by the end of the story. Often, however, they would escape capture through a last-minute escape plan.

The Legion of Doom's headquarters was the Hall of Doom, a facility located in an anonymous swamp which had a more than passing resemblance to Darth Vader's breathing mask and helmet. The Hall of Doom was capable of being lowered below or raised above the swamp water's surface, and could also be flown through the air via rockets if needed, even remotely controlled. It also had laser defense weapons and could time travel to the past or future.

    ----

When you mentioned "many villains" I had this terrible image of a League of Doom forming and them meeting in some retarded ass place XD. I think a story has to have an obvious antagonist or two but not more. They either need to work below the main antagonists or work independently within the story.

Heh, Legion of Doom. Npot quite what I imaged lol. I was more thinking that they'd be independant of each other, and just as interested in destroying each other as the "good guys".
