    Yeah but it's usually one of those creepy villain laughs. Muhahahahahaha!

    Anyway, this is a rather thoroughly thought out challenge, though I don't know that I'd read it. I've never been particularly interested in Sirius as a good guy and would only be less interested in him as a bad guy.
    Waiting until he leaves Hogwarts to turn him evil only gives him two or three years, tops, for his personality to do a complete 180 and join Voldemort.
    As with anything though, it really depends on the writer in the end.
    That's always the tricky part...

    Yes a good idea and how about Sirius kidnapping Harry from the Dursleys and raising him to be Voldemort's heir or something. Also why would Sirius join Voldemort if he was so loyal to James?
