It's alright, and plenty long, but nothing really stands out making it great. The characterization is done well, in my opinion, but all the same, the story is generally unremarkable. 3.5/5

This is poorly written from a dialogue/technical standpoint. I think someone else mentioned this and cited more specific examples. I found myself skimming more than reading in an effort to get to whatever aspect of this is apparently worthwhile.

I personally reserve 1/5 for stories that don't even bother with trying to have things like plots or grammar, whether I like the story or not, so this one doesn't qualify for that.

I read/skimmed through most of it. Harry is an engaging kid -- laughs a lot, does more or less what he feels like, and doesn't seem to care about consequences much. Story got better once he was taking an active role but still had a lot of poor parts.

I do sort of like the Devil-May-Care attitude Harry has though -- to him being a Death Eater is just fun. I also liked that the story moved long at a decent clip, since it wasn't good enough to not do that. Story has some time when Harry is an infant, then at 10-11 years old, after that there is time at 15, etc. Friendship with Draco was also done reasonably well.

This doesn't deserve more than a 2.5/5 in my opinion. Seems like a decent plot bunny that was poorly executed. I'm going to round down.
