    Nice little HP/Avengers one shot where Master of Death = force of nature/mystical being Harry. Second chapter kind of ruins it a bit since it worked well as a one shot but oh well, I enjoyed it.

    Though it's marked as such, this isn't really Harry Potter since the protag shares no qualities with him except name and Master of Death titles.

    As a story, there's no conflict, only curbstomp. I agree with IBG that it should have remained a one-shot.

    A concept that could have been interesting to follow if it was better written. The 'climax' was over too fast and the pacing was off. Like Pers said, it was Harry Potter in name only. Honestly it all felt a bit stilted, especially 'chapter 2'.

    I think one of my main gripes was that the fun characters that this Harry could have interacted with were told to shut up. Thor just isn't a compelling character no matter how you cut it.

    A properly written story where Harry as the Master/Emissary or whatever of Death could have been interesting, but this is just... yeah. I don't blame them for writing it as they did, it's clear fantasy fulfillment. I suppose that's the best way I can describe it, you know?

    3/5 for concept. 1/5 for Execution.

    Didn't you notice Harry has a pimp cane (like Lucius Malfoy, how British) and makes the temperature drop by being somewhere? How cool is that!

    I was surprised that it was completed - it mentions a lot of consequences that we'll never see. Much like the basic fantasy fulfillment of Harry's character, it's basically 'let's bang out the awesome intimidation scenes, then quit'.

    2/5 for not being shit on a technical level.

    I think the author had this idea in his head of a badass Harry, who's full of witty one-liners, going and kicking ass in the Avengers' universe.

    Suffice to say, it didn't come out like that at all.

    Disappointing. The best aspect of it was Thor's characterization, which I get the author was going for. However, it was so ham fisted it could feed NYC on christmas

    The story began with a nice premise, of an all powerful Harry who would provide true justice to Loki's victims. Yet there was no true plot development or even a true story. The first chapter was acceptable, as it at least made a little sense. The second chapter just seemed to involve death. 2/5
