WAN Miniport bullshit

    Okay, so recently our old computer more or less explodedso we got a second han one and chucked on XP. Everything runs alright until we try to connect to the internet and are confronted by an eror informing us WAN Miniport unreachable.

    However, we used the same cable and tried to connect through the PS3 and the laptop and both worked fine? Does anyone have any ideas?

    Any chance we can get a screen shot of the error message?

    Is it an HP, Dell... if so, what model number. It could be a driver problem.

    Was XP brought from the store, or came pre-installed?
