It's not Harry-centric, it's not Tom Riddle-centric. If it was a good story, it still wouldn't be gauranteed entrance into the library.

For my part in this thread, A: I did read past there, for the sake of competently giving my opinion of this steaming pile of offal. and B: Saying 'snape/hermione relationship' here like it's a positive thing, with a straight face, is like invoking Godwin's Law anywhere else, you just automatically failed.

Have you? Because the Hermione from the books wouldn't do any of this horse shit; Voldemort associating with Hermione, Hermione fucking Lucius and giving two shits about Snape probably being the three most outlandish of these things.

It doesn't have to be pro-Lucius. That's part of the whole point behind this genre of fanfic. Hermione gets to bone pretty much anyone and then pretend she's not a slut because she's 'doing her duty' or doing it 'for the greater good'. Not only does the fangirl reader get to enjoy the Lucius/Hermione interaction, she gets to wallow in Hermione's angst and inner turmoil over how much she actually dislikes what she's doing (pfft, whatever). That Hermione supposedly doesn't enjoy what she's doing (in some instances) lets her and the (willing) reader insist she's not really a whore, she's a hero. Cripes, if you're going to do that, just do a straight up Hermione/harem story and have her bang people her character might actually touch with a 10-foot lance.

This eating your cake and having it too (the promiscuous and horny, yet chaste and virtuous Hermione. The innocent idealist Hermione in the same body as the pragmatic realist Hermione.) is a trademark of the bedhopping spy!Hermione genre. This particular example of the genre is not only a failure by DLP's standards but, ironically, due to having less sex in it than others of its genre, makes it a failure by the genre's own self-established standards as well.

In other words, it both sucks and blows at the same time, without ever breaking stride.

I find it hard to believe that you read it either, because your posts give a strong indication that you can neither read nor write. There's a spell check button a little to the right of the submit and preview buttons. While automation is no substitute for education, I would recommend trying it out some time.

 

The only thing sexist about this is that we don't particularily like the idea of going up the ass by Snape. Yes this library is generally populated by males with testosterone issues and where girls (rightly?) are treated as sex-objects and eye-candy. There are some authors who break away from this stereotype but that's the deal with the demograph you have here. But! What does that have to do with this fic?

You can't get away from the biggest plothole of all. Hermione is a useless spy. Hell even the author says so. The only function she has is that of a cock warmer for all the racist supremacists. And that, is what happens when a Snape fangirl writes about a lioness fighting.


a) Imagine a black woman, say of Naomi Campbell's level of hotness trying to infiltrate a militarized and much more cohesive KKK. The KKK leader would have no choice despite his blue balls to kill her on sight because doing otherwise would destabilize his authority and the cause.

If you think a fic like this would earn yourself any female right's movement group's awards you are severely deluding yourself. The massive fucking she does which she invariably enjoys by the way, does nothing for the female cause of being treated as a person and not a sex object.
Historically there have been females, "admired", who used their "gaping cunt" as a means of gathering intel, spying and helping their mother country. Socially such a thing is not easily accepted for any gender but it has successfully happened.
The key difference being that the women in question did it against societies that did not immediately persecute them.

Oh and I forgot, I actually like canon Hermione and it appals me to see what a sick and twisted way the author has fucked up her persona. She is an idealist and as such these things would be beyond her imagination. She is also an intelligent girl who would immediately spot the futility of this operation. Clearly the author has no respect for her own gender as she is writing trash as this. And you, for liking trash like this.

Just watch some porn and spare us of Snape, it's all the same. Women fucked in every orifice with no underlying plot.

Now, we wait for the next victim to read this thread and register solely for the sake of defending this Gods-of-the-Harry-Potter-fandom forsaken fic, forcing us to recycle old arguements again and again because they cannot get it.

It should be noted that the three pages' worth of responses is not because this fic is controversial - controversial in the sense that the forum was fairly evenly divided over the story. That's not the reason.
