Challenge #1

Summary: A Dark! Pre-HBP Harry fic. Has to be free of cliches, including but not limited to:
Phoenix Animagus
Ancestral vault the size of the great hall
Friendly Goblins on the premise that Harry " remembers him "

You get the picture.

Rules:

* Harry has to hold a seat on the Wizengamot in place of the Potter line.
* Harry cannot inherit the seat reserved for the Blacks.
* Lucius has to hold the seat for the Blacks by proxy of marriage.
* Politics has to play a central role in the overall plot.
* Harry cannot be Angsty.
* Has, absolutely has to be a Dark!Harry fic, cannot be DarkbutLight!
* Hp has to ascend to MoM.

I'm tempted to write it my self, but as I'm horrible at fanfiction I'd rather someone else do it.

 

*shrug* Of blood and power, Earl of the North, Lord Caer of Azkaban and maybe a few others are the only possible ones I can think of.. popular fics but the plot element isn't used a whole lot, especially in this genre[Dark!].

 

Its not really a cliche... well, not if its done right. There arnt many that have done a good job of it.
