Tom & Jerry: A timeless classic. Pretty much the standard for slapstick comedy, animated or otherwise.

Looney Toons: Loved it to bits

Dexter's Laboratory: The concept itself was worth the watch.

He-Man and The Masters of the Universe: Loved this show as a kid.

Swat Cats: This one did the buddy cop thing pretty well, if cops were pilot cats that is. That intro remains one of my favourites till date.

Dragonball Z: The action was something I had never seen before as a kid. Over the years I have lost my fondness for it.

Avatar: The Last Airbender: My favourite animated show, though I wasn't a child and near the end of my adolescence when it aired.

I'm sure there were more, but these are the ones that stick out.

@Chilli - I vaguely remember hearing about Maya the Bee somewhere at some point, though I think it was off air by the early 80s. However I thought you might be interested to know that it was recently remade. The new theme song (which I had heard) drove me up the wall, so I went and checked out the old theme song when you mentioned it, and it was... nostalgic, even though I may never have seen it.
